Vulnerability level of target and by-catch species on tuna hand line (HL-TR) fishery in Indonesian Fisheries Management Area I-FMA 573 based at Sadeng Fishing Port

Tuna hand line-trolling line (HL-TR) fisheries have an essential role in Indonesia’s tuna fisheries, including Indonesia Fisheries Management Areas (I-FMAs) 572 and 573. The catch of I-FMA 573 reached ~30.4% the total 189,022 tonnes 2019. Limited data scientific advice for developing adequate management remain a challenge HL-TR waters. Center Research (CFR) has conducted assessment using PSA method to obtain information vulnerability level both target bycatch species on 2020.
